The Marriott Downtown is approximately 13 miles from the Indianapolis International Airport.

Located on the second floor adjacent to the Marriott Ballroom and Denver Room; open the following times: 

  • Saturday, 9/28, 1:30 pm – 7:00 pm (Note: the first 200 attendees to pick up their registration materials on Saturday will receive a special gift!)       
  • Sunday, 9/29: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm 
  • Monday, 9/30: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday, 10/1: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm 

Networking Events

  • First-Time Attendee Lunch (Sunday, 9/29 from Noon - 1:15 pm): An opportunity to meet with CACUBO Board members, volunteers, and other first-time attendees. This year we are anticipating over 115 first-time attendees! 
    • Time: Noon - 1:15 pm

  • Sunday Night Opening Reception (located at the Eiteljorg Museum) (Sunday, 9/29):
    • Time: 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
    • The museum is a brief 0.2 mile walk west on W Washington Street from the hotels. We start walking at 5:45 pm. However, there will be limited bus service if needed or desired.
    • A bus will loop from the hotel at the Missouri Street entrance, just (outside of Indiana E/F/G), starting at 5:45 pm. The last bus leaves from the museum at 9:00 pm

  • Business Partners Reception (Monday, 9/30): Join us in thanking our Business Partners for their support of CACUBO and our professional development events.
