BOOTH RATE, AGREEMENT & FLOOR PLAN

The booth rate is $2,800, which includes the following benefits:

  • One 10' x 10' booth space with pipe and drape.
  • One booth ID sign.
  • One 6' draped table
  • Two side chairs.
  • One complimentary full registration
    • Includes all events, including the Opening Event and all meals
    • Welcome to attend sessions!
  • Two exhibit hall only badges
    • Includes Sunday and Monday lunch and Monday breakfast
    • Welcome to attend sessions!
    • Note: The Opening event will be an option to purchase.
  • Eligible to register additional persons at the CACUBO member rate, which is significantly lower than the vendor rate.
  • Inclusion in the listing of Business Partners in the meeting program guide.
  • An electronic list of attendees prior to the annual conference.
  • On-site security.
  • $200 discount for first-time exhibitor.

First-time exhibitors receive a $200 discount on their booth rate. To secure your spot, please complete the 2026 Booth Agreement.

  • Tuesday, 9/29, Expo hall move out, 9am-noon, Grand Ballroom AB, CHI Health Center
  • Exhibitor and sponsor check-in (registration)

  • Exhibit Hall hours, Grand Ballroom AB
    • Sunday, 2:30-4pm, includes afternoon break
    • Monday, 9-10:30am, includes morning break
    • Monday, 2:30-4pm, includes afternoon break
    • Monday, 5-6pm, Business Partner Appreciation Reception
  • Friendly reminder that exhibitors and sponsors may not schedule other events such as meetings, breakfasts, luncheons, dinners or receptions during official CACUBO program hours, listed below, or while the exhibit program is in progress.  Also, the exhibit booth is not to be dismantled before the end of the exhibit program on Monday at 6pm.
