We’re excited to introduce CACUBO Career Coaching, launching at the 2025 Annual Conference in Louisville, KY (October 5–7). For the first time, attendees can participate in personalized, one-on-one coaching sessions with Carina Celesia Moore, a certified executive coach with over 25 years of experience in leadership and talent development in higher education.

Meet the Coach

Carina Celesia Moore, ACC (International Coaching Federation), is a retired higher education leader and former director of talent management at UC Davis. She has extensive experience as a coach, instructor, and leadership facilitator across institutions like the University of California and the University of the Pacific, as well as in roles with WACUBO.

She brings over 25 years of experience in leadership and talent development in higher education, including: 

  • Executive presence and strategic thinking

  • Career advancement and decision-making

  • Mentorship, DEI leadership, and more
